The MCNtelecom Personal Account menu structure includes:

  • level 1 menu - the upper menu options on Fig. 1 (always displayed),
  • level 2 menu – the options listed below the level 1 menu (the contents and options available depend on the choice in the level 1 menu),
  • side menu (level 3 menu) – the vertical bar on the left and below the level 2 menu (the contents and options available depend on the choice in the level 2 menu),
  • level 4 menu – the options listed below the level 2 menu (the contents and options depend on the choice in the side menu),
  • Dashboard (Main menu) - the page that opens when you enter your Personal Account or click on the link "Main Menu" in the level 1 menu.

The remainder of the page is a work area (area 5 on Fig. 1).

Dashboard

Upon entering the Personal Account, the Dashboard opens onto the initial screen. It contains links for quick navigation to the most frequently used functions, grouped into 4 lists (corresponding to the items on the left side of level 1 menu):

  • My services,
  • Telephony,
  • Virtual PBX,
  • Chat & Call from website.

Level 1 Menu

The Level 1 Menu is an instantly displayed menu bar at the top of all pages of the Personal Account. It provides access to all of the Personal Account functions (using the lower level menus).

Fig. 1 shows the appearance of this line in a wide window and all of the elements that are placed in it.

 

When the Personal Account is open in a narrow window, and the line length is insufficient to accommodate all of the elements listed below, its appearance changes - some of the menu items (buttons) are hidden under the buttons with dots «…».

Fig. 2 shows a variant of the appearance of the level 1 menu in a narrow window: the “Chat & Call from website” and “API” items did not fit on the level 1 menu bar, so they were moved to the submenu under the «…» button.

 

The left side of the level 1 menu bar contains buttons (links) for the sections of the Personal Account interface leading to the pages of the corresponding sections:

  • Dashboard,
  • My services,
  • Telephony,
  • Virtual PBX,
  • Chat & Call from website,
  • API.

 

The right side of level 1 menu bar contains service buttons:

  • personal account number selection – there may be several for each user (the values of the current balance and limit are shown),
  • user profile settings (the user login is shown),
  • link to the Knowledge Base page,
  • user administration
  • exit from the Personal Account.
